			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>3north received two honors at the AIA Richmond Honors and Awards Ceremony. Principal Sandy Bond&#8217;s design for <a href="http://www.3north.com/portfolio/renovation-reuse/try-me/">Try-Me</a>, a private gallery in Richmond&#8217;s Fan District, was one of three projects honored during the evening.</p>
<p>In addition, Associate Erin Webb, was the first recipient ever of the Richard L. Ford, FAIA Award, considered the Chapter’s highest award presented to a young architect, associate member, or intern. The award is made by the Chapter Board, based on nominations by the Honors Committee, to a young person who has demonstrated vision, passion, and excellence to the design community.</p>
