3NORTH is organized around four principals who share mutual design goals, but contribute individual expertise and talent. Each principal assumes the role of lead designer on his or her projects, working directly with clients and a designated 3north team. The principals emphasize multidisciplinary collaboration and unique, one-of-a-kind approaches, which results in strong, authentic design.
