Scott Ukrop, who oversees marketing, business development and client management for 3north, also serves as partner in the firm’s affiliated development firm, REDShed. Prior to joining 3north, Scott was a founding partner and managing director of Grace Street Residential Design Systems. Before launching Grace Street, Scott served as the vice president of marketing for a regional retailer in Richmond where he led the company’s pioneering efforts in the 1990s with card-based relationship marketing. Scott currently serves on the boards of Historic Richmond Foundation, The Better Housing Coalition and the Monroe Park Conservancy and has held past board positions at The Healing Place, the YMCA of Greater Richmond, St. James’s Episcopal Church, The Country Club of Virginia, St. Christopher’s School and The Virginia Center for Architecture.
Scott Ukrop received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School and a BBA from The College of William and Mary.
