On the Boards: Canyon Ranch SpaClub at The Homestead Resort and Spa
The Homestead in Hot Springs, Virginia and Canyon Ranch of Tucson, Arizona, have announced a partnership to create a new spa and fitness experience at The Homestead.
3north Principal David Rau has been leading the design of the new spa in addition to 3north’s other work as part of The Homestead’s $25 million in capital improvements including the new family pools and dining facilities.

3north Projects Recognized on Travel and Leisure’s World Best Awards 2012
Once again, several 3north projects appeared among the Travel and Leisure’s World Best honorees: Sanderling Resort with a 3north designed spa and Bedford Springs Resort and Spa where 3north led the renovation with architectural design, interiors, landscape, furnishings and artwork. Finally, The Homestead where 3north has done extensive work over the years (and is working currently) was honored as well. 3north Principal David Rau led each of these projects.

Travel and Leisure unveiled their 2011 World Best Awards with two 3north-designed projects among the honorees: The Sanderling Resort with a 3north designed spa and Bedford Springs Resort and Spa where 3north led the renovation with architectural design, interiors, landscape, furnishings and artwork. Bedford Springs made the list at #8 and The Sanderling at #32 on the Top Resorts of US and Canada while the Springs Eternal Spa at Bedford Springs captured #5 worldwide and #2 in the US.
