3north Principal David Rau has been leading the design of the new spa in addition to 3north’s other work as part of The Homestead’s $25 million in capital improvements including the new family pools and dining facilities.

Finally, The Homestead where 3north has done extensive work over the years (and is working currently) was honored as well. 3north Principal David Rau led each of these projects.
