“The built environment is the stage set for life. Why not make it beautiful and functional?”

As a LEED Accredited Professional, it’s no surprise that Lisa rides her bike to and from work every day, regardless of the weather. She enjoys the freedom and the vantage point that cycling gives her – not to mention that it helps to reduce her carbon footprint. This desire for flexibility translates to her professional approach as well. Lisa loves variety, and specifically chose to join 3north because it wasn’t an assembly line, stamping out slightly different versions of the same thing. Instead, 3north provides the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, in terms of both program and architectural style. Her fondness for varying architectural styles goes back years: as a mighty 10-year-old, Lisa found inventive ways to convince her parents to take her every Sunday to open houses in the neighborhood to get a glimpse of the interiors. Her love of built environments and their impact on those who live in them drives her to aspire to greatness in her profession, just as her grandfather did.

Lisa received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati.
