Emily was drawn to 3North early in her education, captivated by the firm’s diverse portfolio and commitment to creating meaningful community impact. Initially aspiring to be a painter, Emily discovered interior designer as a way to combine creativity with hands-on problem solving–allowing her to design spaces that not only look beautiful but also function thoughtfully and support the well-being of those who use them.
Passionate about design’s ability to shape experiences and communities, Emily seeks to create environments that inspire connection, uplift individuals, and enhance everyday life. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, traveling, exploring the outdoors, camping, and spending time with friends and family–often with a local coffee in hand. She credits her professional growth to the mentors and colleagues who have guided and inspired her throughout her career.
Emily received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University.
