3North is seeking one Interior Design Intern to join our Richmond, Virginia studio for Spring 2026. This is a paid, in-office internship for a motivated student ready to gain hands-on experience within a Unified Design Studio and contribute meaningfully to real client projects.

From day one, you’ll be immersed in our open-studio culture, working side by side with interior designers, architects, and landscape architects. You’ll gain exposure to projects across hospitality, cultural, residential, and commercial markets—actively participating in the design process from concept through execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support multiple phases of the interior design process
• Assist with material and finish selection
• Contribute to FF&E selection and specification
• Help develop presentations and design documentation
• Collaborate closely with designers across disciplines

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Interior Design students of advanced standing
• Curious, motivated, and detail-oriented designers
• Strong interest in hands-on, real-world studio experience
• Comfortable working in an in-office studio environment

• Duration: ASAP – Friday, May 1, 2026
• Compensation: Paid internship
