3north Projects Recognized on Travel and Leisure’s World Best Awards 2012

Once again, several 3north projects appeared among the Travel and Leisure's World Best honorees: Sanderling Resort with a 3north designed spa and Bedford Springs Resort and Spa where 3north led the renovation with architectural design, interiors, landscape, furnishings and artwork. Finally, The Homestead where 3north has done extensive work over the years (and is working currently) was honored as well.

Underway: Sabot at Stony Point, Phase 1

Work is now underway at Sabot at Stony Point School in Richmond. 3north worked with the school on an overall master plan guided by the firm's proprietary IQ (Intangible Qualities) process. The building under construction now is Founders' Hall, a multi-purpose building, which will be adjacent to the original 1925 house, home to the school.
