In 2003, we had the pleasure of renovating this Duncan Lee-designed house, working with the homeowners to restore Lee’s original vision, while also accommodating (and celebrating) the contemporary needs of today. Modern Richmond week in Richmond this year was centered around Bud Hyland and his dedication to mid-century modernism. This 1959 gem is owned by our Managing Principal, Kristi Lane, was featured among other unique Hyland-designed residences. Read more here.
