Brynn was drawn to 3North for its design process rooted in observation—where architecture is shaped by context, memory, and the intangible qualities of a place. With a background in architecture and a passion for storytelling, she sees design as a narrative tool that balances the poetic with the pragmatic. Before joining 3North, she was part of the AIA Virginia Emerging Leaders in Architecture Class of 2024. Outside of work, Brynn enjoys bookbinding and is currently crafting a personal cookbook filled with favorite recipes. A recent transplant to Richmond, she spends her free time exploring local coffee shops and walking the Fan and Museum Districts.
Brynn received her Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech.
