Jan brings over two decades of accounting experience, paired with a strong appreciation for the arts, to her role at 3North. Her work is defined by precision, reliability, and a deep understanding of how sound financial management supports the success of a design-driven practice. She is highly detail-oriented and values accuracy, consistency, and efficiency—approaching each task with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Jan was drawn to 3North for its reputation for thoughtful, high-quality design and its holistic, people-centered approach, where strong relationships and meaningful engagement are integral to the work.
She recognizes the important role design plays in shaping daily experience and takes pride in supporting a firm whose work positively impacts communities. Outside the office, Jan enjoys exploring Virginia and Washington, D.C., hiking, and spending time in the Blue Ridge Mountains. She also appreciates quieter moments spent reading, watching Masterpiece Theatre, and connecting with friends.
Jan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Virginia Commonwealth University.
