3North’s Managing Principal, Jay Hugo, Speaks at AIA National Leadership Academy on “Alternative Firm Ideologies”

We’re excited to share that 3North’s Managing Principal, Jay Hugo, presented at the AIA National Leadership Academy Virtual Class session on “Alternative Firm Ideologies” among other professionals across the country. Guided by a holistic approach to design, Jay shared his beliefs and experiences in providing clients the best service through a multi-disciplinary business model. He also spoke on the historical role of architects and their future opportunities — envisioning a different way of practicing architecture, innovative ways 3North set out to achieve that vision, and candor about the successes and challenges 3North has experienced along the way. It was an impressive group of young leaders, and we’re honored to have been a part of such an important dialogue!
