We’re thrilled to share that Henrico County has officially approved the plans for North End at Innsbrook, and 3North is proud to be leading the design of this ambitious new development. As a first step in a two-phase project spanning more than 40 acres, North End at Innsbrook represents a major transformation for a long-standing office park — reimagined into a walkable, vibrant, and people-focused district.

This development will breathe new life into the northern gateway of Innsbrook, introducing a dynamic blend of residential living, destination retail, restaurants, and publicly accessible green spaces. The goal? To cultivate an engaging urban fabric that fosters community, connectivity, and a sense of place — while supporting the county’s broader vision for growth and revitalization.
