Venture Richmond‘s 2024 Annual Downtown Update celebrates the progress, community, and promising future for downtown Richmond, and we are thrilled to have joined them for this inspiring event. A highlight of Venture Richmond’s video reel showcasing new downtown development was an update by 3North Managing Principal, Jay Hugo, on the Riverfront Amphitheater project, located between the Tredegar Iron Works complex and Kanawha Canal. Equally thrilling are new plans for Brown’s Island and we are honored to be a partner for these compelling projects that will redefine downtown Richmond and offer abundant possibilities for future growth and community enhancement.
