3North Moves Richmond Headquarters
Everything happens for a reason and this is a season for exciting change at 3North. With many talented new folks on board and an unexpected real estate opportunity, we are expanding our Richmond headquarters to a neighborhood just west of Scott’s Addition at the intersection of Malvern and Fitzhugh Avenues. Our new 13,500sf home occupies a distinctive, midcentury modern building that we are imbuing with our Unified Design ethos that will result in an exciting array of spaces for studying, sketching, meeting, exploring, and entertaining. We look forward to engaging our clients, collaborators, family, friends, and community partners in our new space which we hope will serve as a dynamic hub for creative thinking.
