On the Boards: Fulton Yard Mixed-Use Development
Wondering what’s been cooking in our Commercial Studio? We’ve teamed up with Zimmer Development to create Fulton Yard, a mixed-use development between historic Fulton Hill and the James River, here in Richmond, VA.
Named after one of Richmond’s largest rail yards, these three unique sites will consist of retail, office and residential space. With direct access to the James River and the Virginia Capital Trail, the development will be geared toward active residents. Bike and watercraft storage, a pool and game courts will be available to residents, along with stunning views of the James River from the roof deck. Public art and train trestle improvements will pay tribute to the historic Fulton neighborhood.
Construction of Zimmer Development’s Fulton Yard will begin mid-year 2020. Read more about the project here.
