Where ideas take shape.
Designed for SuperJoy—the Martin Agency’s in-house content studio—this renovation reimagines over 6,500 square feet of existing office space into a flexible, production-driven environment built for making. A new “portal” entry marks arrival, opening into a sequence of spaces that support the full spectrum of content creation—from focused editing to open collaboration. At its center, a gathering zone with built-in bleacher seating, lounge areas, and a coffee bar encourages quick reviews, team huddles, and informal exchange.
Workstations, edit suites, and production spaces are woven throughout, balancing openness with acoustic control and technical precision. New and renovated edit suites, along with targeted upgrades to the shoot stage and audio environments, create a seamless workflow from concept to final cut.
Custom graphics, designed by the agency’s own creatives, infuse the space with energy and personality, transforming the workplace into an extension of the studio’s culture. Developed through 3North’s Intangible Qualities (IQ) process, the project pairs a refined architectural framework with expressive interiors, resulting in a space that supports the work and reflects the people behind it.
