Holly is an Associate at 3North and serves as the firm’s Marketing & Brand Manager, where she leads marketing strategy, brand positioning, and visual communications. With over a decade of experience—and nearly nine years at 3North—she plays a key role in shaping how the firm communicates its work, values, and vision. Operating at the intersection of design and strategy, Holly brings a unique hybrid skillset that blends graphic design, storytelling, and business development to support new pursuits and the continued evolution of the 3North brand.
Her foundation is deeply rooted in art and design, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual and Performing Arts, concentrating in Graphic Design from Longwood University. Her background in painting, drawing, and composition continues to inform her work, fueling a strong appreciation for visual clarity, balance, and detail. She has a sharp eye for typography and is known to geek out over fonts—often (half-jokingly) judging a restaurant by the quality of its menu design. This attention to detail translates directly into her work, where she crafts thoughtful, visually compelling narratives that resonate with clients and collaborators alike.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys exploring Richmond’s food and beverage scene, traveling, and finding creative inspiration in everyday moments. She values time with her close-knit group of friends and prioritizes spending as much time with family as possible. Whether she’s out and about or relaxing at home, you’ll likely find her with her dog, Blu, never too far from her side.
