Acquired by our clients due its prominent location in an idyllic golf course community this home was reimagined as a welcoming retreat to balance a busy lifestyle with a need for escape. Working closely with the clients and their interior designer, Susan Bozeman, we composed the layout and details to create better flow, stronger indoor-outdoor connection, and a fresh, contemporary aesthetic.
The main level now features an open kitchen, dining, and living area filled with natural light, that connects seamlessly with the new outdoor spaces. Additionally, updated interior finishes and crisp, modern detailing present a clean, contemporary aesthetic throughout the home. The master bathroom was fully remodeled to offer a spa-like retreat, tailored to the clients’ lifestyle.
Outside, the redesign extends the home into a large outdoor living area with a fireplace, expanded outdoor kitchen, thoughtfully planned terraces, and a pool with cabana—perfect for both relaxation and entertaining year-round. Additional improvements, including a more functional garage and a dedicated home fitness area, complete a home that’s as practical as it is inviting.
